Hamcity.com will NOT accept any international credit card payments, unless you have a registered amateur radio call sign. All orders made with an international credit card will be canceled.

How do I qualify to pruchase my orders with an international credit card?
  • You must have a valid Amateur Radio Call Sign
  • Orders will only be shipped to your Amateur Call Sign Database address
Customs Tax & Brokerage Fees: The customer is solely responsible for all applicable taxes/fees due to customs. In the event the customer rejects the package at customs, this action will be deemed as a lost package and Hamcity will not be responsible for this in any way. This action is not covered under insurance and no refunds will be issued for these instances.
 
International Warranty Return / Damaged Items Policy: The customer is solely responsible for ALL international and U.S. shipping and customs charges to and from Hamcity.com for returned items due to damages, defects, replacements, warranty or repair issues.
